BEPRO CYCLING IN THE LENS

What does the first month of cooperation look like?

We start with an introductory consultation, where we learn about your goals and current level. Then you get access to Training Peaks and your first training plan. You have constant contact with me throughout the entire period.

 

Do I need specialized equipment?

To start cooperation, all you need is a working bike, willingness and a bike computer (Garmin/Wahoo) with a heart rate or power meter. As we develop, we can consider additional equipment.

 

How often is the training plan updated?

The training plan is updated weekly, taking into account your progress and schedule.

 

What if I can't do my scheduled workout?

The plan is flexible - we always adapt it to your current situation. In case of unforeseen circumstances, we modify the training.

 

How quickly will I see the first results?

The first noticeable effects usually appear after 4-6 weeks of systematic training. Athletes note an increase in power of 30-50W within the first 6 months.
